Yoga is a way of life, its a way of moving the body & breathing to improve the quality of life. Its a way of releasing stress & living healthy. Yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centres attention; and sharpens concentration.
You will have opportunity to learn and practice yoga in a simple way, and also learn how can it help you live happy and healthier for a longer period.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.If you have any medical or physiological condition that can possibly affect your ability to do yoga exercises, please inform the instructors beforehand.
2. Please don't eat anything after 7.30 am as it may cause abdominal discomfort and interfere with yoga practice.
3. Please wear loose clothes to keep you comfortable and allow free movements. Do you know about Yoga Empowerment for Health?
4. Please bring your own yoga mat, bottle of water etc and arrive well in time so that we can have a comfortable session.
